Are you an artist, yoga teacher, facilitator, writer, or someone who feels a little blocked, and wanting to come back to themselves?
This is a 90-minute one-to-one session designed to help you reconnect with your creativity, authentic essence and self love. We’ll focus on clearing anything that may be blocking your expression.
During the session we will explore a sound journey and reflect on what came up for you, whether a creative idea popped up you want to develop, or a feeling that there is something within you ready to be expressed.
Together we’ll work with intuition, reflection and open conversation to uncover the deeper essence that lives within you.
My role is to hold space, offer insights and help you bring clarity to your next steps.
